Good write up but you lost me when you said men were designed to lead. By whom? Perhaps in non industrial eras, men’s strength made it obvious they should lead. But in current times, what exactly does the man have over the woman? Where is he needed to lead?

Perhaps I should be more thorough in my exegesis.

Men may have always been in the front, but times have changed drastically, and women are now coming forward, thanks to the pulling down of longstanding cultural and societal barriers that have prevented women from standing in front.

Men are in no way superior to women. Leadership is not about muscle or physical ability but the mind, heart and spirit.
