Join Me On The Journey To Building Better Habits With James Clear
"30 Days to Better Habits: A Step-by-Step Guide for Forming Habits That Stick" By James Clear
I started an email course, — 30 Days to Better Habits: A Step-by-Step Guide for Forming Habits That Stick — created by James Clear, the author of the New York Times bestselling book Atomic Habits
And I would love for you to join me on this journey.
It's a 30-day email course.
It started today; you can check it out here.
I'll share what I'm learning here on Substack [but not on my social media pages].
I have never done this.
The only course I have ever endorsed since I started writing online was a Copywriting course by Golibe Illechukwu. And I did that for Golibe's course because I love Golibe's philosophy and style, and I am also an affiliate [yeah, right😁].
And I didn't handle Golibe's course the way I will handle James Clears'—going through the course in detail and sharing what I am learning with my community and readers throughout the 30 days.
This course is value-packed.
You won't regret it.
And what makes it more interesting is that it's free [I know you like it free], and you don't need to read "The Atomic Habits" to enjoy the course [Golibe's course is not free!]
Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become. - James Clear.
If you want to build a new habit, this is an opportunity.
James Clear has included identity-based templates, a workbook, and an examples database.
All for free!
Come on. You’ve got no excuses now. It's all coming to you on a platter of gold.
For the next 30 days, I will share personal lessons from this course with you. And I will also love to know what you are learning.
Subscribe now to Unbounded to join me on this journey. And if you want to be closer and more involved and committed, let me know in the comment section so I can publish your lessons/stories with my community.
The journey to becoming a better you in 2023 starts with nurturing the right habits.
Day One
Lesson 1 of 11
How To Choose A Habit That Sticks
The most important decision you will make is what habit to build — James Clear.
“Our identity emerges out of our habits!”
This statement is profound and very deep.
When you come across a fellow who is obviously performing poorly in whatever he or she is doing, take a closer look at their habits. The little things they do daily. You will be amazed at the kind of habits they have allowed to grow unchecked in their lives.
We can’t wish excellence into our daily lives; we must work for it. And developing good habits is part of what we need to do to achieve the level of excellence we desire.
So, do you still think you can’t change your ugly behaviour, attitude, or identity?
Tomorrow, we will be looking at the second lesson. I am so excited!
